WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer two tiers of services: 

Design Only. Where we develop a design vision and specify all the furnishings, finishes, accessories (or equipment for businesses) so that you can execute the design at your own pace.

ull Service. Our most popular service, this includes Design, Purchasing and Implementation. It's perfect for clients that are either too busy or not interested in executing the design vision themselves.

I HAVE NEVER WORKED WITH AN INTERIOR DESIGNER BEFORE, WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

That's okay, we are here to help! Refer to our Process for more information about how we work, and see our instructions on how to get started to set up a Complimentary Call. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have specific questions. 

Where do I begin?

It's simple. You can set up a 30 minute Complimentary Call by clicking here. During this call we will discuss your design needs, scope of work,  planned investment, and determine if we are a good match for each other. Then we'll submit a proposal for your review. If our proposal meets your approval, we will guide you through next steps. We look forward to hearing from you!

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE Complimentary call?

Once you book a Complimentary Call, you will receive an email from us with instruction for how to prepare for the call.

Do you provide 3D drawings, as seen on HGTV?

Yes, we provide 3D sketches for our clients during our design presentations. This helps to visualize the design. As the design process moves from Conceptual Design to Design Development, 3D sketches become more realistic based on the furniture, fabric and materials selected. We are constantly improving our visualization tools to create the best possible experience for our clients.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM PROJECT SIZE?

For Design Only, we require a minimum of one room. 

For Full Service, we require a minimum of three rooms / spaces. 


HOW LONG WILL THE DESIGN PROCESS TAKE?

All project schedules are based on size and scope of work.

On average we require 3-4 months for Design, which consists of two phases: Conceptual Design & Design Development.

HOW MUCH WILL MY PROJECT COST?

While every project is different, we can help you determine a realistic cost* for your design investment. 

Once you schedule a Complimentary Call, we will email you our Investment Guide with average project estimates.

And once you have hired us, we will work with you to establish your own Planned Investment Guide before we begin design.  

For construction, keep in mind that many factors influence contractors' pricing. Only actual bids determine actual costs. Once the design vision is established and your job goes out to bid, we should have a good idea what the construction phase or your project will cost. To safeguard against up-charges or change-orders after construction begins, our drawings illustrate the design vision with as much detail as possible so that contractors' pricing is as complete as possible upfront.

*Cost projections are estimates based on prior experience and current market prices. Estimates are subject to change with changing market conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances.

WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR FURNITURE?

From many sources both retail and trade-only. However, we prefer to work with to the trade-only businesses and workrooms that allow for full customization.  

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE?

We primarily serve the Tri-State Area because this is where our clients tend to be. However, we have worked in many areas of the United States and Dominican Republic and we are happy to travel anywhere your project takes us!
