In this Phase:
Select & Specify Key Materials — Lighting, furnishings, fabrics, wallpaper, paint colors, hardware, and more
Develop Technical Drawings — Annotated floor plans, ceiling and finish plans, power/data layouts, elevations, and custom millwork details
Provide 3D Renderings — Visualizations of the finished space before a single item is ordered.
Review & Refine Together — A dedicated session to walk through the full design package and establish the final design.

Design Development

With the design direction established, the work of building your vision begins — layer by layer, decision by decision. This phase is where concept becomes composition. Every material, finish, and furnishing is specified with intention, refined against your goals, and considered for how it will live in the space over time.

To translate your approved concept into a fully developed, cohesive design plan — complete with specifications, visualizations, and technical drawings that bring clarity and confidence before a single item is ordered.

Produce Detailed Design Drawings & Specifications — These serve as the authoritative guide for builders and vendors, designed for clarity and precision
Coordinate with your Architect and Contractor — Review bids, confirm design intent, and respond to RFIs (Requests for Information)
Support Budget Review — Participate in contractor-led budget reviews to help align scope with investment
Send Weekly Progress Updates — So you remain informed, involved, and confident at every stage

Design finalized, the project moves into the language of construction. To produce and oversee accurate documentation that communicates every design detail — ensuring flawless execution during construction.

Communicate with Contractors & Trades — Visit the job site regularly to ensure design intent is upheld during construction
Manage Procurement & Logistics — Generate purchase orders, coordinate with vendors and receivers, and schedule delivery and installation.
Oversee Installations — Ensure every item is delivered, placed, and styled as intended
Keep You Informed — Provide weekly updates so you always know exactly where your project stands

Ordering & Project Oversight

With documentation complete, the project moves into full execution. This is where the months of careful planning begin to take shape in the physical world. I manage every thread of the process — procurement, vendor communication, delivery coordination, and on-site oversight — so you never have to wonder what's happening or chase down a status update.

Schedule a Coordinated Installation — All furnishings, décor, and accessories are delivered and placed at once for a full transformation
Style Every Detail — From layered textiles to final lighting touches, every surface is prepared for that signature reveal moment
Celebrate the Completion — Fresh flowers, a celebratory toast, and a moment to reflect on the journey taken together
Conduct a Final Walkthrough — A thorough review of the completed space together, ensuring every detail meets your expectations — and then some

Once construction is finished and all items have arrived, an Installation Day is scheduled to bring everything together at once. The result is not just a finished room. In this Phase:
Resolve Any Remaining Punch List Items — Follow up to ensure every outstanding detail is addressed to your satisfaction
Deliver a Care & Maintenance Packet — A personalized guide to the furnishings, finishes, and materials in your home, so your investment stays beautiful for years to come
