We approach each project first and foremost by recognizing that you are taking a step toward changing your life or business by hiring us. Regardless of the scale or scope of a project, there’s great importance in working systematically. Our process involves:

Client Interview – We listen and learn about your needs and desires, taking time to hear you and ask questions. Our goal is to form a detailed picture of where you are and where you want to be. This involves more than just superficial likes and dislikes. It’s a discovery process by which we arrive at a design for your home or business that’s the perfect expression of you, your lifestyle and your dreams.

Schematic Design – We offer conceptual and space planning, including floor plans and computer renderings (below please find examples of our renderings). We propose furnishings, finishes and accessories — all created to express the design vision, and submitted for your approval.

Design Development – We provide detailed drawings and specifications that are suitable to communicate with vendors and trades, and which are essential for your project’s success.

Purchasing – We take charge of ordering furnishings, finishes and accessories — everything required to complete the project.

Project Coordination – We oversee bidding and scheduling, and liaise with vendors, trades and service providers, code consultants, architects, and all the human resources involved in bringing a new construction or renovation project to completion on time and on budget.
